A finished device that arrives damaged is not a finished device. Packaging is not a final step done in haste โ it is part of the process that protects everything invested in the project up to that point. Every device that leaves our facility is packaged so that it arrives in the same condition it left.
Packaging is adapted to the type and sensitivity of the device. Antistatic protection for all electronic assemblies, cushioning for sensitive components and connectors, clear marking of package contents and orientation โ all of this is agreed with the client according to the device characteristics and transport requirements. Individual retail packaging โ the end product box with logo and graphics โ is not part of our service and is sourced by the client, but all protective packaging needed for safe transport is provided by us.
Smaller shipments and individual orders are sent via GLS, DHL, UPS and Overseas courier services โ with shipment tracking and delivery to the client's address or to the end customer. For larger quantities and pallet deliveries we arrange truck transport, which is more economical for heavier and more voluminous shipments. Which delivery method makes sense for a given order is agreed individually, depending on quantity, weight, destination and deadlines.
Every delivery is accompanied by documentation agreed with the client โ delivery note, series report, technical documentation or anything else that needs to accompany the goods. Everything is prepared before the shipment leaves the facility.
